ซีรี่ส์จะเป็นเรื่องราวของเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยชีลด์ ตัวละครที่เราเห็นในหนังซูเปอร์ฮีโร่หลายเรื่องของมา ร์เวล เช่น Iron Man, Thor และ The Avengers ที่ออกสืบเรื่องราวแปลกประหลาดทั่วโลก เพื่อช่วยเหลือมนุษย์ให้พ้นจากเรื่องเหนือธรรมชาติทุ กรูปแบบ คลาร์ก เกร็กก์ กลับมารับบทเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ ฟิล โคลสัน อีกครั้ง นำทีมการสืบสวนต่างๆ สมทบด้วย เบรทท์ ดาลตัน ในบทเจ้าหน้าที่ แกรนท์ วอร์ด เจ้าหน้าที่ที่เชี่ยวชาญด้านการต่อสู้และจารกรรม, มิงนา เวน รับบทเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ เมลินดา เมย์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการขับเครื่องบินและศิลปะป้องกันตัว , เอียน เดอ เคสเตคเกอร์ รับบทเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ลีโอ ฟิทซ์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านวิศวกรรมอลิซาเบธ เฮนสไตรด์ รับบทเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่เจมมา ซิมมอนส์ อัจฉริยะด้านชีวภาพ และ โคลอี้ เบนเน็ต รับบทเป็นสไคย์ สมาชิกใหม่ของทีมที่เชี่ยวชาญด้านแฮ็คเกอร์ ซีรี่ส์ชุดนี้มีจอส วีดอน ร่วมอำนวยการสร้างด้วย!!!
